This Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Notice aims to inform registered customers in the 22Cinco Medição Individualizada system about how personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected, in compliance with the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (Law No. 13,709/2018 – LGPD).

This policy applies to all users, especially property managers, management companies, and residents of housing units in condominiums served by 22Cinco Medição Individualizada, whose personal data is collected and processed through the platform, app, and emails sent.

22Cinco Medição Individualizada processes only the following personal data:

• Resident's full name;
• Email address;
• Measured individualized consumption data (water and/or gas) per housing unit.

Such data is not classified as sensitive under LGPD, but is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and security.

Data is processed for the following purposes:

• Enable individualized access to water and/or gas consumption by housing units;
• Provide consumption reports and statements to residents and property managers;
• Allow efficient consumption management by condominium administration;
• Send informative and operational communications to the registered email.

Personal data is not shared with third parties, except:

• When necessary to comply with legal obligations;
• When requested by competent authorities.

22Cinco Medição Individualizada adopts technical and administrative measures capable of protecting personal data against unauthorized access, leaks, loss, or any improper or unlawful processing.

Personal data will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and as required by legal or regulatory obligations. After this period, data will be deleted or anonymized, as provided by the LGPD.

Personal data subjects may request at any time:

• Access to data;
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
• Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data;
• Revocation of consent, where applicable.

Important: updating registered information is the sole responsibility of the condominium administration. 22Cinco Medição Individualizada operates based on the data provided by condominium management.
