Use of this website implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision, we recommend that you do not use the site or subscribe to our services.

22Cinco provides individualized metering and smart water, gas, and energy consumption management solutions for condominiums, including hardware installation, platform and consumption tracking app, and related services. Specific conditions for each service, such as scope, timelines, and fees, are defined in the respective proposal or contract.

When requesting proposals or subscribing to services, the user undertakes to provide true, complete, and updated information. Updating residents' registration data is the responsibility of the condominium and its administration, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

Plan subscriptions and hardware purchases can be completed through the website, with payment processed by an external provider (Mercado Pago). Transaction processing is subject to the payment provider's terms and policies. 22Cinco does not store complete credit card details.

Plans are billed on a periodic basis (monthly or annually), always in advance, according to the rate displayed at checkout. Access to services is granted upon payment confirmation.

• Credit card: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, with a new charge billed to the same card until cancelled.
• Pix: each period is paid via a new Pix code. Before the due date, 22Cinco sends the Pix code for the next period to the registered email 3, 2, and 1 day in advance. If payment is not completed by the due date, access is blocked on that date without a grace period, and is only restored after confirmation of a new payment.
• Hardware: purchases are standalone and separate from plans. Shipping costs are not included in the item price and are coordinated with the customer after payment confirmation.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time on the website via the Cancel Subscription page. To protect customers, cancellation is confirmed via a link sent to the subscription's registered email.

• Following cancellation, no further charges will be made.
• Access to services remains available until the end of the paid period and terminates when that period ends.
• There are no full or partial refunds for the current billing period, subject to the right of withdrawal described below.
• A new subscription can be purchased at any time after access terminates.

Pursuant to Art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor), for online purchases consumers may withdraw within 7 (seven) days from plan activation or hardware receipt, receiving a full refund of amounts paid. Requests must be submitted through 22Cinco's support channels (email or WhatsApp) within this period; refunds are issued via the same payment method used. For hardware, items must be returned in the condition they were received.

Users undertake not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes or in violation of these terms or applicable laws;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts;
• Introduce viruses, malicious code, or engage in actions that compromise site functionality;
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit site content without authorization.

All content on this website—including trademarks, logos, texts, images, layout, and software—belongs to 22Cinco or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted merely by accessing the site.

22Cinco strives to keep the website accessible and information accurate and updated, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 22Cinco is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the site, except for obligations set forth in contracts and applicable legislation.

The site may contain links to third-party pages. 22Cinco is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services of these external sites, which users access at their own risk.

These Terms of Use may be updated at any time, effective upon publication of the revised version on this page. We recommend reviewing them regularly.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the judicial district of Brasília/DF are designated to settle any disputes, waiving any other jurisdiction, no matter how privileged.
